Replace the domain's custom prompts
Declarative write: send the complete desired list. Prompts sent with their existing id keep that id (and their tags); prompts without an id are created. Stored prompts missing from the list are deleted.
AuthorizationBearer <token>
Session JWT signed with HS256. Verification pins the algorithm and rejects expired tokens, per RFC8725.
