Add one prompt to a topic of the domain
Appends a single prompt, leaving every other prompt of the topic untouched. Takes the topic it goes to, so a client holding one page of a multi-topic table never has to send a prompt list back.
AuthorizationBearer <token>
Session JWT signed with HS256. Verification pins the algorithm and rejects expired tokens, per RFC8725.
