One page of a domain's prompts, across every topic
Returns the prompts of every topic of the domain as flat rows, each carrying the topic it belongs to, with the total matching the filters. Paginate with page and limit, narrow with search and topicIds. Prefer this over reading each topic in turn: it is the only read that does not load a whole brand of prompts to show fifteen.
Session JWT signed with HS256. Verification pins the algorithm and rejects expired tokens, per RFC8725.
