How many prompts each topic of the domain holds
Counts under the same filters as the list, so a topic picker can show its counts without loading the prompts themselves.
AuthorizationBearer <token>
Session JWT signed with HS256. Verification pins the algorithm and rejects expired tokens, per RFC8725.
